1965
We started as a small-scale business, filling and packaging semi-finished products from the United Kingdom. Founded by The Late Lady Kate Osanakpo (a London-trained cosmetologist) with the support of her husband, Sir Louis Osanakpo (a London-trained accountant), we became known as Kates Beauty Products.
1970
After years of filling and packaging semi-finished product, we expanded the scope of the business and started manufacturing products in Aba.
1975
In 1975, the Company was incorporated as Kates Beauty Products Limited.
1986
As the vision grew and operations expanded, Kates Beauty Products Limited metamorphosed into Kates Associated Industries Limited in 1986. Simultaneously, our market reached its apex, then we moved into a modern manufacturing facility at Niger Bridge Head Industrial Layout, Onitsha.

Some of these brands include Coolbreeze Body Spray, All Day ROLL-ON, Hug Body Spray, Deal Perfume, Doobai Body Spray and Doobai ROLL-ON. These brands are well-known across different African markets.
